(1) Step one: Enter the Luxembourg Intellectual Property Office (https://meco.gouvernement.lu/fr/le-ministere/domaines-activite/propriete-intellectuelle.html);

Step 2: On the Luxembourg Intellectual Property Office page, click on invention patent to enter the invention patent related overview page;

Step 3: On the overview page related to invention patents, click "Base de données brevets" or "le registre public de la Benelux Patent Platform" under the database column to enter the patent query page (https://lu.espacenet.com/) .

(2) On the patent query page, enter the application number/patent number, click "search" on the right side below the input box, and then click on the patent entry obtained based on the search to enter the patent page.

(3) On the patent page, you can check the legal status of the patent as valid, the date and amount of the latest annual fee payment, and the date and amount of the next annual fee payment.
