From 1 January 2024, the individual designation fee applicable to the designation of the Russian Federation, the European Union or the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) in an international application or renewal of an international registration will be reduced.

The new fee rates after the reduction are as follows:

Russian Federation

CHF 107 is charged for the first design in the international application and CHF 22 for each additional design

African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI)
