Singapore Patent Legal Status and Annual Fee Inquiry Method

1. Log in to the official website of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore（ https://www.ipos.gov.sg/ ）Click on "IPOS Digital Hub" in the "eServices" section at the top right corner
2. Click on "Prior Art Search" under "Patent" on the "IPOS Digital Hub" page to enter the patent search page

3. On the patent search page, enter the application number/patent number/applicant and other information. Click on the "Search" button at the bottom right of the search box to search for patent information. Click on the corresponding patent entry to enter the patent page
On the patent page, the legal status of the patent can be checked as "Patent In Force", which means it is a valid patent; The annual fee has been paid and is valid until 2023/4/11; The last annual fee payment date was March 17, 2022; The last valid maintenance year for paying annual fees is the 17th year, and all annual fee payment details
